This terms of service is based off of Beautea's TOS format with her permission to use,repost, and edit to fit to my own commissions.

This commission sheet, including but not limited to the prices, TOS, information, and products, is subject to change without announcement. It is your responsibility as a commissioner to read through the most current edition before placing a commission. If anything changes during the process of your commission, the changes will not affect you unless they are of absolute importance, which I will determine.If you choose not to read any part of my commission sheet, please remember that all its rules still apply to you if you've commissioned me, regardless of if you've actually read it or not. It is your responsibility as a client to be aware of what product you are buying and the connotations that stem from it. No fault will fault on me if you choose not to read the information I have provided for you.If there is something that is not stated in my commission sheet that you have a question about, please do not assume the answer. I would be happy to answer any and all questions you have.

Terms of Service

You are not allowed to submit, sell, edit, repost, warp, or reuse any product of my commissions under any circumstance.

Unless you clearly communicate your exact goals and the extent of freedom regarding those goals that you will need to me, and receive my direct approval and consent before I start on your commission.
In the event that I do allow you to repost, sell, reuse, or edit my work, you MUST credit me as the original creator or you will NOT be allowed to pursue any further action and all the rights I gave you to my work will immediately be ceded back to me.

The commission is only for the Client's personal and non-profit use.

I have the right to use the commission in future examples of my art, include the process in my streams or to repost it wherever or whenever I like. If you would like to have your name removed from the post, please let me know.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without explanation.

I am willing to License certain rights to a client.

This will result in an extra fee of the original commission's price, or a set percentage of the revenue if the License is given so the Client may commercially sell products based on my art, and must be agreed upon by both parties to be enacted.

None of my commissions are
"Works Made for Hire."

I am not an employee and a client is not an employer, so any work I create for a client does not become theirs. I am the official and sole artist of anything I create. The ideas/concepts provided by the client (ie characters, settings, etc) remain theirs.

I retain all rights to any work I produce, including but not limited to rights to commercially sell, repost, and edit my work.

Purchasing a commission does not give you any rights over my work unless discussed and agreed on by both me and the client. However, NDA (non-disclosure) artworks will have an upcharge (refer to the pricelist table)

Rudeness towards me or any of my affiliate parties will not be tolerated.

Please maintain decency when working with me, and please note that any rudeness can and will most likely result in an immediate termination of your commission, a refund of your upfront payment if you have not moved to the completed stage, and an immediate blacklist on your name, which means I will not accept another request from you again. Rudeness translates to disrespect for me and my work, which then may result in dishonesty regarding the commission, which I cannot have. This is to protect me and my work.

While my commissions are important to me, they do not take precedence over my personal life.

Please do not expect to have your commission favored over a personal problem that may arise in my life. This may extend to a period of silence from me, but I will try my utmost best to communicate to you if any incident arises that may hinder my ability to deliver your commission.
If a Client wants a deadline for their art piece, it must be stated before I accept the commission and agreed upon by both parties to be enacted. If such a deadline is mentioned after the commission is approved, I am not bound to follow it.
